Everything included!
Through the sessions we hold with our customers, we’re listening every day to what they’d like to see next, meaning features come directly from Lone Workers and Administrators – and who better to give us feedback!
New Features are always made available to everyone, all included in your contract at no extra cost!
We regularly improve and develop new features, and feedback directly from one of our customers led us to include one of my favourite features, ‘Safe Return’.
‘Safe Return’ was designed to work alongside one of our other features ‘Time at Risk’. Time at Risk is for when Lone workers are going into prolonged risk, perhaps a home visit or dropping off some materials at a building site. They can set a ‘Time at Risk’ for a period of time to cover the visit and if anything were to happen during that time, an SOS Alert would automatically be raised if they’ve been unable to confirm their safety. Withthe Safe Return Feature, lone workers can set a Home location in their app with a safe radius. This means if a lone worker has left a Time at Risk running in the background, it will stop any SOS Alarms being raised from their Home Location. So they don’t need to worry about any Alarms disturbing them at all.
In the event an SOS Alarm is raised outside of their safe location and is a False Alert, our operators will simply confirm their D.O.B and that they’re okay, and close the alarm down.
As with all of our features features, we always aim to keep things as simple as possible while giving Lone Workers flexibility while feeling safe at work.
