At Pick Protection, one of our goals is to make sure that protecting workers has never been easier or faster.
From the moment you have decided you would like to use the system. We will work with you to figure out the best way to get this rolled out and live for your workers.
From getting the worker’s information into the system and then fully trained – this can be done faster than an Amazon Delivery (Yes Prime!) We can bulk upload large amounts of users, do the first data entry for you or you have the freedom to enter this information yourself after a quick session with one of our Customer Success Team.
After the data is all in the system, we have a couple of different options to get your company live.
Train the trainer
One of our favorites – Train the Trainer. We would set up a session with the selected admins. Go through the Admin console and what the Lone Worker will see to give them a full understanding of how the system works. We will ensure your admins have all the information needed to pass this over to your Lone Workers.
Full Training
We can train the Admins the same as the Train the Trainer approach then we can do Lone Worker sessions. We can do one big session or break these down into smaller sessions to ensure they can fit into everyone’s schedule.
Self Trained
If you want to do all the training at your own pace, we have user guides and materials that we can pass over to you. We can also send you a video of a recorded session that you can put in your internal documents.
Of course, we can do a combination of all the options you see above. We understand that every company is different and requires different things and our Customer Success team will be more than happy to figure out the best path for you. Any or all users can be switched to live in the Portal with one quick button so it means you can ensure all users are trained before being switched to live.
What’s next?
The training doesn’t stop when you are live – we continue to offer this free of charge for any top-up sessions or admin refresher sessions throughout your contract with us.
